Covid 19 Protocols for Foxton Beach Motel

Under levels 3 & 4 we are unable to operate.  Our covid protocols for Levels 1 & 2 as follows:

Level 2

* If you have the Covid app please scan QR code – available in office & all units.

*No other visitors to the motel. Please arrange to meet family & friends etc at their house or elsewhere – Level 2 only

* Please use hand sanitiser before entering unit or motel office.

* Masks to be worn when in motel office.

* Wash hands regularly.

* Only 1 person to enter motel office.

* If possible if you need information or require something please phone us instead of entering motel office – 063637856.

  – we may leave item on door mat or bench seat in front of unit. We will knock on door to let you know it’s there. Please only phone         between office hours – Sunday – Thursday 8.00am – 8.00pm. Friday & Saturday 8.00am – 8.30pm

* Servicing – Please allow us to do this when you are not in the unit. Please advise us if you are going out or we may ask you to wait     outside of unit while we service.

* Please do not be offended if we are wearing eye protection, mask & gloves. This is for our & your safety.

*On departure please place key in Key return box by motel office door. Please do not re-enter motel office unless you need to speak to   us.

Level 1

* If you have the Covid app please scan QR code – available in office & all units.

   Please also ask your visitors to scan QR code

* Wash hands regularly.

* Please use hand sanitiser before entering unit or motel office.

Deposits: Deposit less $25.00 Amin/Merchant fee will be refunded if *unable to travel due to Covid, eg country/area is in level 3 or 4

*Unable to travel NOT that you choose not to travel.

Please inform us if you become unwell with Covid-19 within a two week period after staying with us.

These protocols are not only to protect us but also you & your loved ones.
