Terms and Conditions
- All Units serviced daily.
- Check In time – from 1.00pm.
- Check Out time – by 10.00am on morning of departure.
- Late check out fees apply, please enquire. No late check outs December or January.
- Minimum night stay & peak period rates may apply.
- To confirm or to secure booking deposit must be received or credit card details given
- Cancellation Policies & Deposits:
Peak: Christmas, New Year, Easter etc
One full night’s tariff charged upon confirmation as a non-refundable deposit. If booking cancelled, stay shortened or dates changed anytime from Confirmation & arrival date = loss of non-refundable deposit for all units booked & full tariff charged per night booked unless able to be re-let.
No refunds given for any reason.
Full: $50.00 non-refundable deposit charged upon confirmation.
If cancelled within 1 month of arrival date, balance of 1 full nights tariff cancellation fee charged & full tariff charged per night booked unless able to be re-let.
Date changes: If dates booked are changed, full tariff charged per night previously booked unless able to be re-let
Mid Season: If cancelled within 7 days (1 Week) of arrival date 1 full nights tariff cancellation fee charged per unit booked unless able to be re-let.
Date changes: No charge unless changed within 7 days (1 week) of arrival; then cancellation policy applies
Off Season: $50.00 cancellation fee charged if cancelled within 2 days (48hrs) prior to arrival date.
Date changes: No charge.
Earlier departure than booked
Peak & Full season: No refund.
Off season: Partial refund – $50.00 cancellation fee applies.
Please note: Deposits etc charged to credit cards will only be refunded to the credit card originally charged.
- Deposits, cancellation fees, damages and/or expenses may be deducted from credit card.
- On date of arrival; if customer has not arrived by given time, no deposit received and no contact has been made, then unit cancellation may occur & cancellation fee charged.
- Extra persons other than those that have been booked may only be accommodated if there is accommodation available. Please check with us before arriving.
- All extra beds used will be charged for example: Double occupancy paid for but Actual Twin occupancy used.
- Sorry, no animals. Automatic cancellation and loss of deposit may occur.
- Guide and hearing dogs are the exception and are welcome with ID – Foundation passport and/or collar tag/bandana.
- All units are non-smoking. Smoking bins are provided outside of units..
- Settlement of all accounts requested on arrival.
- Sorry we do not have EFT-POS, however we do accept Visa, Mastercard and Cash.
- Single – 1 person, 1 bed
- Twin – 2 persons, 2 beds
- Double – 2 persons, 1 bed
